- L.C. Has No Idea Where She Is - Wednesday, February 13, 2008 Lauren Conrad found herself in a strange and wondrous land last night, and she wasn't dressed for it. In all her prudence, she went out on the coldest day so far this winter in NYC -- wearing a short dress sans stockings, half-sleeves ... and no coat, hat, or scarf. Dodo, you're not in Orange County anymore! Good thing our reporter was there to offer a coat, though it was L.C. who was ultimately more charitable. tmz.com
